Commercial design doesn't have to feel corporate. On multifamily projects, we design amenity spaces the way we'd design a home — with personality, comfort and a clear story.
The Current, a new-build mid-rise in New Braunfels, sits near the Guadalupe River, so we centered the concept on flowing water and nature with a fresh, active spirit. A living moss wall greets you at the entry, opposite a wall of black-and-white abstract wave wallpaper, while a bright teal tile walkway pulls you inside.
Beyond the entry, a poolside-energy lounge, a Texas-inspired game room and a calm, earthy clubroom each carry their own mood while belonging to one cohesive design. It's proof that leasing spaces can have soul.
