About this project
The Townhomes at Twenty01 in Corpus Christi show what happens when we're involved from the very beginning. On this new-build townhome community we shaped everything from branding and marketing to exterior selections and interior design, creating one cohesive message for prospective residents.
The goal was welcoming, usable common areas and a model that prospects could picture as home. Each space carries its own personality while staying true to a single design concept.
The signage is clean and simple, and the exterior colors are fresh without being trendy. Inside, the interiors read transitional, comfortable and durable — slightly more refined to appeal to an established townhome resident.
